Beds were comfortable. Beautiful facility over all. When we checked in I was told housekeeping won't come everyday. I need to give them a days notice. We were there 9 days. Day 5 I went to the desk and asked to have the room cleaned. Desk staff said okay and turned and wrote it down on a list. We got back to our room the next day they didn't come. Giving them a chance.. maybe a day behind they are. The next morning I even hung that sign on the door to tell them it needed cleaning. When we came back it hadn't been cleaned. By this time we had one day left. It was NEVER cleaned. The waste paper baskets are to small . The refrigerator was junk. The sink by the refrigerator area only one faucet worked. The faucets in the bathroom area didn't have hot water. Only hot water was in the tub. Three to four days my end of the hallway smelled heavily like someone was smoking weed. The breakfast was bad. The eggs weren't cooked all the way they were watery. And the eggs and tater tots were cold....everyday. oatmeal had no flavor. I gave as good a rating as I did because the beds were comfortable, the location, and the grounds and lobby were beautifully done.

We have family that stayed at the Azure and they highly recommended it. Everything was great. The hotel has an old school charm to it, especially the lobby. The breakfast was fine. They serve you scrambled eggs and hash browns, pancakes, waffles or something similar along with bacon or sausage. Other items are available such as oatmeal, cereal, juice and coffee. The pool and spa area was nice with a large patio area. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

I liked that the property was right next to the Ontario convention where we went to CreepI.E.con and so all we had to do was walk to and from. Saved money on parking which was nice. The place was clean and i liked the rooms they were big and the bed was very comfy. The ac worked perfect for us & the bathroom was a good size. The free breakfast was really nice, I’m used just cereal or oatmeal when it’s free. But we got eggs & toast and sausage with hash brown which all tasted good with free orange juice & coffee.

Staff was nice & helpful. I loved that their pool & jacuzzi were open late. Only breakfast item missing they need is bacon. Room was clean. Front staff informed us of everything needed before we got our room which was great. I love the free added parking as well. Their fountain is so relaxing for a sit outdoors.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Temp of room good. Didn’t use microwave, but the fridge kept our drinks nice and cold. Plenty of light. Loved the lamps where I could plug in my phone, iPad, and watch all together! The hairdryer didn’t work but housekeeping brought another within a few minutes.
