The room was Very clean and spacious. Also Very private the room has a slider door to the pool and private jacuzzi tub fits 2 comfortably. The Staff was very nice . Above and beyond helpful and accommodating. The free breakfast was by far one of the best in the area. And the restaurant is open for dinner too I was given a 20% discount at check in for dinner It has a comfortable lounge feeling and the baseball game was on Parking well lit and safe. Also the key cards work with no problems. No running back and forth to front desk because the key stopped working. Very happy with experience and would book again. Thank you Azure Hotel

I liked the fact that the people who worked at the front counter were very professional, courteous, friendly and polite.. Furthermore, your staff from the housekeepers were very helpful, the woman named Myra who welcomed us for breakfast was very nice but the applause goes out Karen, Aidan and Nathaniel they worked their magic to keep us happy, so you need more people like them at your hotel.

We have family that stayed at the Azure and they highly recommended it. Everything was great. The hotel has an old school charm to it, especially the lobby. The breakfast was fine. They serve you scrambled eggs and hash browns, pancakes, waffles or something similar along with bacon or sausage. Other items are available such as oatmeal, cereal, juice and coffee. The pool and spa area was nice with a large patio area. The rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others.

By far the best out of the 8 other local places I've stayed in. Stunning courtyard, great tub, beautiful setting, comfy room. The staff were very nice, i felt safe there... Easy location on and off the fwy... But

I liked that the property was right next to the Ontario convention where we went to CreepI.E.con and so all we had to do was walk to and from. Saved money on parking which was nice. The place was clean and i liked the rooms they were big and the bed was very comfy. The ac worked perfect for us & the bathroom was a good size. The free breakfast was really nice, I’m used just cereal or oatmeal when it’s free. But we got eggs & toast and sausage with hash brown which all tasted good with free orange juice & coffee.

Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Temp of room good. Didn’t use microwave, but the fridge kept our drinks nice and cold. Plenty of light. Loved the lamps where I could plug in my phone, iPad, and watch all together! The hairdryer didn’t work but housekeeping brought another within a few minutes.

Breakfast included is very convenient! The rooms are spacious and clean. Property looked clean and well kept. Staff was courteous and efficient. Lots of parking. Spires restaurant is walking distance away.

The front desk staff was very nice minus one guy who was snippy when we locked ourselves out but even he wasn’t terrible just seemed annoyed lol.

Staff was nice & helpful. I loved that their pool & jacuzzi were open late. Only breakfast item missing they need is bacon. Room was clean. Front staff informed us of everything needed before we got our room which was great. I love the free added parking as well. Their fountain is so relaxing for a sit outdoors.
